Your customized fitness program is your map for the journey, providing your customized diet, exercise plan, and much more. Your program is an interactive, searchable, printable eBook/PDF emailed to you and provided on a CD or DVD. Also available printed and bound. Weight Loss Program
Designed to help you lose weight safely, healthfully, rapidly, and sustainably. Includes your health history questionnaire, an assessment (30 minutes), a goal-forming consultation to establish quantified long-term, medium-term, and short-term goals (1 hour), your customized plan for goal achievement, including your customized BioFit Diet™ and ExerSize™ plans, time management tips, and a consultation to go over your program, answer your questions, and get you started (90 min.). A customized program focused on weight loss. 100% tax-deductible!

Physical Fitness Program
Designed to help you achieve all your physical fitness goals including physique/body composition goals such as body fat reduction, muscle building, bone density, a healthy cardiovascular system, etc.; and performance goals such as strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, etc. in all dimensions of physical fitness. Includes a health history questionnaire, a complete fitness assessment (90 min.), a goal-forming consultation (90 min.), your customized plan, including your customized BioFit Diet™ and ExerSize™ plans, time management tips, and a consultation to go over your program, answer your questions, and get you started (90 min.).

Personal Training
Your Customized Program is your map for the journey, and your trainer is your guide who knows the terrain and helps you reach your destination – providing information, inspiration, motivation, consistency, structure, and leadership to help you reach your goals. Training is provided in the following packages designed to help you reach your goals rather than as isolated sessions lacking purposeful context.



Starter Package
A training package to get you started with strength training. 30-minute training sessions 3 times a week 
to instruct you in safe and proper exercise technique, and help in establishing positive lifestyle habits. 
I recommend at least 4 weeks of training sessions to lay a strong foundation as research indicates it takes about 28 days to establish new habits.
• 4 training sessions: 2 lower body & 2 upper body workouts at $49 each                                                $196

Six months of personal training for achieving your medium-term goals featuring training three times a week.

The BioFit Year is the training package designed to help you realize your long-term goals. 
Most people can achieve all their fitness goals in one year with my help. Based on a 48-week year for year-long motivation and support. We will work around your travel schedule and vacations.

Personal Coaching
Your coach is your personal guru for your journey, providing knowledge, guidance, inspiration, and motivation to keep you going. The coaching programs below differ in focus while sharing these qualities in common:


Weight Loss and/or Physical Fitness Coaching
Ongoing information, motivation, structure, and positive moral support for helping you implement your program every step of the way from commencement to completion, from goal intention to goal realization. Coaching focused on making improvements in your body, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, habits, relationships, work, and your entire lifestyle that manifest directly in your body. Form follows function—we are products of our lifestyle and the key to changing your body is to change the lifestyle your body adapts to. Progress on your weight loss and fitness goals is the tangible, measurable yardstick for evaluating the effectiveness of coaching.

Clients usually notice significant results in 3-4 weeks, and substantial results in 12 weeks. Most people can achieve all their weight loss and fitness goals in a year with my help. Weight loss coaching is tax-deductible!

Life Fitness Coaching
Whereas in Weight Loss or Physical Fitness Coaching the various dimensions of life are optimized as means for effecting visible changes in your body, in Life Fitness Coaching these dimensions of life are treated as ends in themselves, each deserving equal emphasis as both means for improving all other areas of life as well as intrinsic dimensions of life worthy of optimizing in their own right with the aim being the overall improvement and optimization of your whole being. This manifests not only in your body, but also in your moods, your clarity of thought, your behavior, your daily habits, your relationships, your chosen occupation or calling, and in your overall well-being and happiness.

While Weight/Fitness Coaching focuses on your weight loss and physical fitness goals, Life Fitness Coaching is much broader in scope, helping you reach your goals in all areas of your life and is open-ended to include goals that may emerge as a result of the unfolding process of your journey. Life Fitness Coaching takes it to the next level, personal growth ‘on steroids’ so to speak, where the aim is nothing less than self-actualization of one’s potential for greatness. The strategy is to build a strong foundation of ‘horizontal’ health wherever you are in all areas of your life, as well as ‘vertical’ growth or transformation to higher stages of development in each line or domain of development.

Integral Approach
The BioFit approach is inclusive and comprehensive: as everyone intuitively knows, whatever happens in one part of life effects all other parts of life as much as we may try to separate and compartmentalize them. At the physical level of complexity the imbalance in the body we call overfatness is caused by an imbalance between calories in and calories out. That’s true as far as it goes, but that imbalance is often caused, in turn, by other imbalances in other parts of life, including imbalances at higher levels of complexity that create the imbalance in the gross physical body that manifests as overfatness.

Any approach that does not include all major dimensions, facets, aspects, or components of life is simply, quite frankly, inadequate to serving a whole, compound, multifaceted person with many simultaneous social roles to play. Therefore, an effective coach must use a methodology as broad as life itself, and the corollary in the coaching relationship is that the coachee must be open, willing, and able to examine and improve all aspects of his/her life for life fitness coaching to work. And you will enjoy complete privacy, confidentiality, and unconditional moral/emotional support during this life-changing transformation.

Life Fitness ‘Cross-Training’ 
Each of these areas or dimensions of human life are interconnected and interdependent—whatever happens in any area of life affects all others for better or worse. They can only be compartmentalized analytically, theoretically; in actuality they are inextricably bound components of one and the same life. As aspects of the same person they either rise or fall together as a person develops, degenerates, or regenerates. Growth in one area beneficially impacts all other areas, while neglect of any one drags down the others. By developing several areas simultaneously you can reach your goals significantly faster and speed up the unfolding of your potential. Integral fitness exercises a healthy whole by developing interdependent parts simultaneously.
